Our Policies

Late Cancellations:

 With less than 48 hours notice:

  • First Time: FREEBIE

  • 50% Re-booking Fee for all haircut appointments.

  • 50% Re-booking Fee for all chemical appointments.

No Show Clients:

  • Clients who NO SHOW with no communication will be required to pay a 50% fee for the missed appointment AND need to pre-pay for any future appointments. Clients will pay by invoice before any new appointments will be accepted.


Late Clients:

  • Clients who are late may possibly need to reschedule or forgo some of the services ie: blow dry/style and will be charged full price of amount that was scheduled. 


Booking Fees:​

  • Some color services will be required to put a 50% fee towards their appointment as a booking fee to secure the appointment. This is non-refundable or transferable but will be applied toward your total bill upon service completion. If you have a late cancellation or no show to the appointment the booking fee is for, you will forfeit that sum.

All Fees:

  • All fees (Late cancellations, Late clients fees, booking fees) must be paid by invoice before any future appointments will be bookable.

Protect Your investment:

  • Clients who do not use professional products for at home care... We can not guarantee the longevity of your hair color service.  

Redo Policy:

  • 7 days to contact the salon if you are unhappy with services. 

  • We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction and will always strive for the best experience and outcome.


Social Media Pictures:

  • Before & After photos are used for social media, website, & marketing. 

  • When asked if it's ok to take your picture that gives us consent to post them. 

  • If you want, you can share and tag yourself.

  • If you don't want your face shown just let us know.


​Return Check Fees:

  • ​Clients whose check was returned because of insufficient funds will result in a minimum fee of $50 plus bank fees and service cost.

  • All services must be paid in full with an invoice with bank fees. Due within a timely matter or legal action will be taken. (Theft of services) 

Payments of Services:

  • All payments of services must be paid at time of appointment. No check holds for any future dates.

  • We accepts Cash, all major Debit or Credit Cards and Checks
